Product and account support
A public support email has not been published yet. Paid subscriptions remain unavailable. We will publish a monitored contact address here before opening paid checkout; please do not send private information to an address you have guessed.

Privacy and data requests
Use the support contact above for access, correction, deletion or security questions. Tell us whether you are a TermWitness account holder, an authorized workspace representative or a subscriber of a business using TermWitness.
If you are a merchant’s subscriber, contact that merchant first about the records it supplies. We may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting information. See our Privacy Policy.
Paddle purchase support
Once Paddle checkout is available, the purchase receipt will identify the payment seller and provide a support link. For an existing transaction sold by Paddle, visit Paddle buyer support for payment, cancellation or refund help.
