Current purchase availability
TermWitness is preparing paid subscriptions. The pricing page currently shows proposed plans. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription and does not authorize a payment.
This policy explains the intended process for subscriptions sold through Paddle when checkout becomes available. It does not claim that Paddle has approved our account or that payments are currently enabled.
Requesting a refund
For a purchase sold by Paddle, use the support link in your purchase receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. You can also contact TermWitness for help finding the transaction or reporting a product problem.
Provide the purchase email, transaction reference, payment date and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, account password or identity document with a refund request.
Paddle handles the payment transaction as authorized reseller and merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. We do not request a separate payment or send a refund by an unrelated transfer.
Refund eligibility and your rights
Paddle’s Refund Policy and buyer terms apply to purchases it sells. Paddle may consider discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction; this is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Contact Paddle promptly so it can assess the transaction and any applicable rights.
TermWitness does not currently offer an additional blanket refund guarantee or automatic prorated refunds for unused time. This does not restrict rights for faulty or misdescribed services, applicable withdrawal rights or other mandatory protections. Any additional refund commitment shown at checkout or agreed for your purchase will also be honored.
Cancelling future renewals
For a Paddle subscription, open the customer portal using the manage-subscription link in your purchase email or request cancellation through Paddle buyer support. Check the cancellation confirmation for the effective date. Normally cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless a refund, immediate termination or other purchase term changes that.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge. A refund request does not by itself confirm cancellation. If you want both, make both requests and check the confirmations. Contact us if the cancellation route is inaccessible.
Unexpected charges or service problems
If a charge appears duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect, report it promptly using the receipt’s support link or Paddle buyer support. For a TermWitness access or feature problem, contact us with the workspace name, time of the problem and a description that avoids unnecessary subscriber data. We will help investigate and coordinate with Paddle where needed.
After a refund
A refund can end access to the associated paid service, depending on the transaction and Paddle’s decision. Ask us about exporting supported records before closure. Payment refunds and deletion of workspace information are separate processes; see our Privacy Policy.
Bank or payment-provider processing time can vary. We do not promise that an approved refund will appear instantly. Paddle can help with the status of a refund it processes.
